An intense focus on quality, luxury, innovation and perfection defines Jérôme’s approach to life. His creative vision, ability to understand a diverse range of clients’ design needs and passion to push the limits of imagination enables him to transforms brands into iconic powerhouses.


Born in Lyon, raised in Paris, his father who was a renown editor and mother an art restorer, Jérôme spent a lot of his time growing up in museums, old churches, bookstores; and hiking and skiing down the Alps.


His career began in Paris in advertising, publishing and photography working as a personal assistant to photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson. His longing to learn English led him to London, where working as a graphic designer he won his first Clio awards for packaging design and was selected UK’s “Creative Future” with an exhibit of his work. Following an invitation to join a global branding agency as creative director, Jérôme moved to New York.


Jérôme fuses a philosophy of graphic design and conceptual simplicity that emphasizes concise communication. He challenges clients to look beyond the obvious solutions, do something new. At the core he believes in the impact of good design will have on consumers when presented with something unexpected and as tool to accelerate brand growth.



Combining big-picture thinking with impeccable taste and attention to detail, Jana is an experienced strategist, storyteller and global brand builder. She has a distinguished track record creating iconic luxury brands for multi-unit retail and e-commerce clients.


Jana’s diverse skill set combines creativity and avant-garde thinking with solid business acumen. A beauty industry veteran, she has an extensive background across all categories, garnered through tenures at Yves Saint Laurent, Lancôme, Elizabeth Arden, Erno Laszlo, StriVectin, and Avon Products.


At Bérard Associates she has contributed to iconic brands such as Moroccanoil, Laura Mercier, Frederic Fekkai, and developed strategy for The Procter and Gamble Company, Unilever and Target. Previously, she was VP Luxury for the design agency Desgrippes Gobé, developing retail concepts for clients, such as Bath and Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, and Saks Fifth Avenue.


Known for her energy, enthusiasm, and drive to innovate, Jana consistently generates visionary ideas and transforms concepts into profitable businesses. She received her B.S. degree in Economics from Cornell University.
